Ah, Scotland... the land of men in skirts, bleating bagpipes, ancient warriors and over-boiled cuisine... with such rich cultural heritage and some of the world's most stunning scenery, encapsulating the Scottish tourism experience in a pithy tagline is no easy feat.

But, after 6 months and a budget approaching $300,000... the Scots have bravely stepped up to the challenge and launched.. umm... err... "Welcome to Scotland".
